Roll forging machine

Roll forging is a type of rotary forging, belonging to the category of rotary compression forming. The upper and lower forging rolls rotate synchronously in the opposite direction, driving the fan-shaped mold to bite inward, and forming the blank through multiple cavity compressions. The fan-shaped die for roll forging is the working part, and the forging roll is the load-bearing part. By changing the mold cavity, different workpieces can be roll forged. The roll forging machine can roll forge parts with periodic cross-sections and various geometric cross-sections, such as circular, elliptical, square, diamond, conical, I-shaped, and slab elongated roll shapes.
