1. Oil lubrication pump

The grease pump should open the right cam cover every six months, clean the dirty oil inside, and install clean semi fluid concentrated oil. The grease filter should be cleaned once a year.

2. Gearbox

Change the oil once a year. Unscrew the cut-off door at the bottom of the gearbox, drain the oil inside the gearbox, then open the gearbox cover of the machine body and inject clean oil until it reaches the oil mark on the right side of the machine body.

3. Balance cylinder

Add oil every 6 months, open the upper cover plates of the balance cylinders on both sides of the top of the machine, and inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.

4. Worm gear and worm gear

Change the oil every 6 months. Remove the oil plug on the right side of the slider, drain off the oil and plug it in, then unscrew the oil filling plug on the right side of the spherical cover plate, inject the specified oil, and tighten the oil plug.

5. Connecting rod thread

Add lubricating oil once a month. Inject clean lubricating oil from the oil injection port with an oil gun.

6. Sliding block lifting chain, cam controller chain

Apply grease every six months and use a brush to apply grease to the chain.
