Chinese multi station production line with high efficiency of 2500 tons

Recently, the "2500 ton multi station automatic stamping production line" supported by the National Science and Technology Major Project of "High end CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment" and developed by China General Technology Group Qiqihar Second Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. has been put into use at Guangdong Fudi Automobile Co., Ltd. The main technical parameters and performance indicators of this equipment have reached the leading domestic and international advanced levels, meeting the urgent demand of China's automotive industry for high-end stamping equipment.

This production line is applied to the fully automatic stamping of automotive sheet metal parts, including sheet metal unstacking system, feeding system, sheet metal injection system, multi station press host, high-speed electronic multi station conveyor system, unloading system, etc. It can replace the stamping production line composed of 4-6 press machines. The size of the press host table is 7500mm × 2600mm, and the stamping cycle time Z can reach up to 25 times/min. It can achieve full load work of 2500 tons. The production line has a large worktable, wide stamping range, and more functions. It integrates high-end technologies such as CNC, communication, sensing, hydraulic and pneumatic, mechanism analysis and optimization, and also applies advanced technologies such as multi link optimization of the press, synchronous control of feeding and press, fault monitoring during feeding process, and multi station unit integration. Compared with multi station presses of the same tonnage, the stamping production efficiency is increased by 2-3 times, significantly reduced, and the production area is saved by about 40%.
