The working principle of a four column hydraulic press is multi station, using liquid pressure to transmit power and control hydraulic devices through oil cylinders. It consists of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders (actuators such as hydraulic motors), hydraulic control valves, and hydraulic auxiliary components.
Hydraulic pump: a conversion device that converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy.
Hydraulic cylinder (actuator such as hydraulic motor): converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.
Control valve: controls the flow rate, direction, pressure, working sequence of hydraulic actuators, and protects the hydraulic circuit of hydraulic oil.
Control and regulate the flow direction, pressure, and flow rate of hydraulic media, thereby controlling the movement direction, output force or torque, movement speed, action sequence of the actuator, as well as limiting and adjusting the working pressure of the hydraulic system to prevent overload (such as one-way valves, directional valves, relief valves, pressure reducing valves, sequence valves, throttle valves, speed regulating valves, etc.).
