2. Before startup, the equipment used shall be carefully checked. The equipment shall be well maintained and the protective device shall be effective. The clutch, brake and control device shall be sensitive and reliable. The solid parts shall not be loose. The grounding protection of the electrical equipment shall be reliable. The lubrication system shall be free of blockage or lack of oil.

3. When working on the machine tool, pay attention not to gossip while working, and pay attention. Smoking is prohibited during work. If the workpiece is not placed properly, do not step on the foot switch to avoid human accidents. After punching a workpiece, the hand or foot needs to leave the button or pedal to prevent misoperation.

4. It is strictly prohibited to place measuring tools and other articles on the workbench and mold of the machine tool.

5. When a device is operated by more than one person, it needs to use the multi person operation button to work. Everyone should have a clear division of labor, cooperate and coordinate, and avoid action mistakes.

6. When the equipment, mold and other relevant devices fail, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection. When the equipment is not operated, the power supply shall be cut off.

7. It is forbidden to put or take out the workpiece with hands or fingers in the die. Manual tools are required to take and place workpieces in the die.

8. After the work is completed, the power supply shall be cut off, the surrounding environment shall be cleaned, and the workpieces, tools, appliances and molds shall be placed in order.

9. In case of equipment and mold failure during production, special personnel shall be invited for maintenance.
