Photoelectric protection device

Once the operator enters the protection area to block the light curtain, the control system outputs a signal to the actuator of the forging machine tool to make the forging machine tool stop in an emergency and prevent dangerous actions. It can be seen that the photoelectric protection device itself cannot directly protect the operator. It sends a signal to the machine tool to stop the dangerous action before the accident may occur. Therefore, strictly speaking, the photoelectric protection device should be called the photoelectric protection control device.
Photoelectric protection devices are generally divided into two types: reflection type and reflection type. The reflective photoelectric protection device is composed of a controller, a sensor and a reflector. The light curtain is emitted by the sensor and then reflected back to the sensor through the reflector for reception; The counter radiation photoelectric protection device is composed of a controller, a transmitting sensor and a receiving sensor. The light curtain is emitted by the transmitting sensor and received by the receiving sensor.
Cam controller is an important part of the electrical control system of machine tool press. Automatic feeding device
The tangible automatic feeding device in the forging machine tool refers to the automatic feeding device used for sheet metal by single machine or automatic stamping line such as open press, closed press, multi station press and high-speed press. The automatic feeding device is generally composed of three parts, i.e. material rack, uncoiling and leveling mechanism, pneumatic clamp type feeding mechanism and waste winding material rack. The material rack and uncoiling leveling mechanism have three functions of supporting the coil material, uncoiling and leveling. The uncoiling mechanism slightly loosens the coil material and is in a free hanging state, so as to reduce the tension of the feeding mechanism during the feeding process and improve the feeding accuracy; The leveling mechanism applies force to the uncoiled coil material with multiple rollers, so that the plate can be corrected before stamping, which is conducive to improving the product accuracy. The pneumatic clamp type feeding mechanism is powered by compressed air to control the opening and closing of the clamp and the reciprocating motion to complete the feeding of sheet metal. The reciprocating stroke is stepless and adjustable to meet the requirements of different feeding lengths. The waste winding material rack winds up the punched waste belt material. If the waste belt material is cut off and recycled during punching, this part is not required.
